Slide LEONARD FAUST Director of Food After spending the last 15 years as Executive chef and Director of Food and Beverage for a number of the worlds finest hotel brands, Leonard has returned to his hometown of Sydney and plays an integral role as the Director of Food.
Leonard’s experience across catering operations, fine dining and major events brings a wealth of experience and energy to compliment the AIT Team.

He has a passion for multiple cuisines, Asian, Indian and Mediterranean and enjoys sharing his experiences abroad through interactive dining and theatrical food stations.
CHEF THOO Executive Chef After working for many of the top hotels in Australia and abroad, Thoo honed his skills to specialise in the adaptation of cuisines from across the globe for the Kosher community which he has been servicing for over 30 years. Thoo continues to be at the forefront of Kosher Catering in Sydney along with his dedicated team of talented chefs who have been with AIT since its inception.

Chef Thoo’s passion lies in creating a connection between his culinary roots and the Kosher community.
KEREM AYHAN Procurement Manager Kerem’s diverse background includes experience across a broad spectrum of roles within the hotel and entertainment industry. After many years as a senior manager at the Hilton Hotel and The Star, Kerem joined the Amaze in Taste team as Procurement Manager and in collaboration with our team in the kitchen is responsible for sourcing only the very finest Kosher ingredients.

Originally from Turkey, Kerem’s passion for multicultural cuisines is evident in his understanding of complex ingredients and flavours.
BRENT WASSERMAN Butchery & Traditional Foods After immigrating from South Africa at a very early age, Brent’s continued love for traditional food steered him into a butchery and chef’s apprenticeship’s at Victor Churchill’s and Sake Restaurant here in Sydney. His dedication to his craft saw him spend time working with the talented butchers at Field to Fork Butchery before joining the AIT Team.

His continued quest to create the perfect Biltong along with his youthful energy and good humour compliments our talented kitchen team.
JAKLYN FAUST Sales & Events Manager After working for many of Sydney's leading venues and catering companies, Jaklyn's personal and professional approach, along with her absolute commitment to each and every event we undertake, places our clients in very safe hands. IRENE LEE Finance Manager Irene joined the Amaze in Taste team in 2016 and collaborates with our entire team keeping the books in order and liaising with all our suppliers.
Irene is a true foodie at heart and loves to spend time in her kitchen cooking up a storm for her family, friends and her community which she loves to be a part of.
